Scooters are sold in the box. If you are local to BOISE ID and want the scooter assembled, add this $70 fee so the scooter is built and ready to ride out of our showroom.
Due to increased credit card, PayPal, and other transaction fees, there is a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee ($144).
This Bike is for off-road use only and is sold with the speed/power limited via a governor to comply with federal, state and local laws. Customers who unplug or bypass this restriction do so at their own risk and takes full responsibility for ensuring proper use of the product to comply with applicable laws in the region it is ridden.
POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY
At Idaho X Cycle, we take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase.
